Return Policy
We will provide a new item if you return the goods (not worn ordamaged)for any items that were received damaged or not as orderedwithin 30days of receipt. Please choose the size carefully by usingour BarefootMeasurements as a guide. This method will provide thesuitable size foryou. Assuming you wear a standard size, claims oftrying other brands ina store or already owning a certain size doesnot constitute for awrong size being sent. If you are not sure pls Contact Us.
* Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute "not as ordered" please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries.
In all cases you must consult with us before sending the items back. Should you send the items back to us without prior contact and authorization, they will not be accepted and you will be subjected to shipping costs to have them sent back to you.
Cancellation
You should contact us immediately at uggat.com@gmail.com should you wish to cancel any order for the Products placed through our Website.
1.Immediate cancellation will be subjected to 15% cancellation fees. (up to 10 hours if not shipped or transferred to our delivery depot)
2.If your order has been processed or is currently being processed a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
3.If your order has been shipped or transferred to our delivery depot and you wish to cancel, you will be required to ship the items back unopened and 30% cancellation fees will apply, shipping costs are non refundable. You must contact us to receive Return Authorisation form.
4.Parcels returned to us as unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled. A 30% cancellation fee will apply and shipping costs are non refundable.
5.We reserve the right to cancel orders at any given time and for any reason, without the prior consent of the buyer, should we find this necessary.
6.Refunds are issued only to the credit card used at the time of purchase, and in no other way.

Changes
Please email uggat.com@gmail.com quoting your order reference number and changes required. (Kindly note, whilst we make every attempt to assist our customers in changing or cancelling an order, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are committed to purchasing their order before they press the submit button and that all information is correct at the time of purchase. Unless otherwiseagreedor stated, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation can bemade toan order, prior to it being transferred to our delivery depotordispatched. Please check all details PRIOR to your purchase toavoid anyerrors or unwanted orders)
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color however all shipping costs are under the responsibility of the buyer. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment aswewill not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged intransit,and your exchange will regrettably be denied. You will needto submit anew order for the desired new pair.
Upon inspection and satisfaction of returned items, a refund will be issued for your original pair (please note that shipping cost are non refundable).
Exchanges during peak season may delay through processing time.

Shipping
We ship world wide. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expenseandwe will not be responsible for lost parcels. We will provide youwith anestimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we makeevery effortto deliver by this time, all dates specified areestimates only. It isyour responsibility to ensure you are aware ofany customs, import tax,duties and other charges which are applicablein your country. We willnot accept claims as such and will not beresponsible for these costs.Please contact your local customs orpostal authorities prior to yourpurchase.
We have aligned ourselves with EMS who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arisingfroma late delivery. The only traceablemethod of shipping is express. Regularmail is not traceable thereforeclaims of parcels lost in transitfall in the responsibility of thebuyer. Should you wish to insureyour parcel please contact us so we mayarrange this and provide youwith a cost. In claims of lost parcelsshipped with Regular mail, wewill lodge an official investigation. Inorder to prevent anyfraudulent claims, the buyer will provide us withdocumentationsneeded for the investigation.
